How do I reconstitute lyophilized compounds?
Add bacteriostatic water slowly to the vial wall — do not spray directly onto the powder. Gently swirl to dissolve. Do not shake. Store reconstituted compounds at 2–8°C; solutions should be utilized in research protocols within 30 days. Specific reconstitution volumes depend on the compound and desired concentration.
Where do you ship?
We ship domestically within Canada. All orders are tracked and shipped same day when placed before 2pm EST.
How fast is shipping?
Tracking provided within 4 hours of order. Domestic delivery typically 1–3 business days depending on location.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us immediately.
Are your products tested?
Every batch is independently tested via HPLC with mass spectrometry confirmation. Certificates of Analysis are published on our Lab Results page and linked from each product page.
Who does your testing?
We use accredited third-party laboratories including Janoshik Analytical. We do not conduct in-house purity testing.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water?
Not at this time. We offer sterile water in 3ml and 10ml vials.
What is the volume discount?
Order 10 or more of the same product and receive 20% off automatically. This applies to individual vial products only — HGH kits are already priced as 10-vial kits.
How should I store my compounds?
Lyophilized (unreconstituted) compounds should be stored at 2–8°C. Reconstituted compounds must be refrigerated and used within the timeframe noted on the product label. Do not freeze reconstituted solutions.
